Last summer I had a lot of choices for how I could apply my architectural dreams.

I found a really beautiful lot on Kaloli Point and came up with the Kaloli 4 design.The house is on post and pier, 6 feet up with ocean views and wrap around decks. You'll be able to see the whales and watch the sun rise every morning from the observation deck.

This huge house has also views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.

The property is located a short stroll from the spectacular Kaloli Point coast line

and the Shipman Beach trail head.
